TERMS OF SALE
Triangle Manufacturing processes all orders within 24-48 hours, orders of stock items usually ship the same day. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, excluding holidays.
ANY AND ALL PRICES are subject to change without notice. Minimum order amount is $50.00 USD (plus shipping charges.) Prices on the acknowledgement are current at the time of acknowledgement and supersede any prices contained in the Buyer's order. Acknowledged prices are not binding on the Seller and are subject to review and revision at the time of delivery if deemed necessary by the Seller.
Triangle Manufacturing accepts MasterCard and Visa. All orders and payments will be in US dollars. Other payment options include: open terms Net 30 (upon approval), check in advance or cash on delivery (COD). Shipments and deliveries hereunder shall at times be subject to the approval of the Seller. If the Buyer shall fail to make any payments in accordance with the terms and provisions of this agreement, the Seller, in addition to its other rights and remedies, but not in limitation thereof, may, at its option, defer shipments or deliveries hereunder, or under any other contract with the Buyer, except upon receipt of satisfactory security or of cash before shipment.

FREIGHT IS PREPAID AND ADDED TO CUSTOMER'S INVOICE ON ALL ORDERS, unless otherwise stated. Triangle Manufacturing utilizes UPS (depending on weight limit) or Less-Than-Truckload (LTL). If you prefer your own freight carrier, we would be happy to ship on your account.
Because UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, a street address must be provided for every order.
ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES
Any extra charge incurred for additional services such as special handling at the destination, must be paid by customer. All international orders are shipped under ExWorks terms and INCOTERMS 2010, with occasional orders using FCA or DAP terms under INCOTERMS 2010.
International Buyers: Please note if you would like to purchase from Triangle Mfg. Co. in the United States, there is a minimum $50.00 USD on each order as well as a $30.00 USD Exporting fee. Each order will be handled on a cash in advance basis, and a wire transaction would need to take place. Orders shipped directly from the United States to Europe will be shipped under ExWorks INCOTERMS 2010.
Please include Europe@TriangeMfg.EU on all correspondence, as they are our representatives in Europe.
DELAYS IN DELIVERY
Seller shall under no circumstance be responsible for failure to fill any order or orders when due to: fires; floods; riots; strikes; freight embargoes or transportation delays, shortage of labor; inability to secure fuel, material, supplier or power at current prices or on account of shortages thereof; acts of God or of the public enemy ; any existing or future laws or acts of the Federal or any State Government (including specifically but not exclusively any orders, rules or regulations issued by any official or agency of any such government) affecting the conduct of Seller's business with which Seller in its judgment and discretion deems it advisable to comply as a legal or patriotic duty; or to any cause beyond the Sellers reasonable control.
The Seller accepts the Buyer's order as a firm, non-cancellable order for the production of product as acknowledged hereon. The Seller may, at their discretion, accept cancellation by the Buyer but reserves the right to assess the Buyer a cancellation charge, the amount of which to be determined by the Seller.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Triangle Manufacturing, call our Customer Service Representative for your Return Material Authorization number (RMA) before returning any product within 25 days from the date of invoice at (920) 235-3710. Please reference your RMA number on all paperwork regarding the return. Triangle Manufacturing will credit you a refund equal to original purchase price for authorized returns. Customer is responsible for return freight charges. Restocking charges of 25% (pending quality inspection) may apply.
Lazy Susan Bearings must be in original packaging.
If product was damaged or lost in transit, please note the damage/loss on the delivery receipt and obtain an inspection report for the damage from the truck line immediately. If your product damage was a concealed damage (not visible until package opened), you have 5 business days from the date received to report damaged otherwise the responsibility will be that of the customer.
Seller warrants the products and goods of its manufacture, which are proprietary to Seller, to be of merchantable quality. Sellers's liability in the event of a breach of such warranty shall be limited to Seller's option of replacement or repair of the defective product or the refund of the purchase price. SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTIES AS TO THE FITNESS OF THE PRODUCTS COVERED BY ORDERS FOR ANY SPECIFIC PURPOSE, USE OR APPLICATION BY THE BUYER. BUYER AGREES THAT THEY HAVE NOT RELIED ON SELLER'S SKILL OR JUDGMENT TO SELECT OR FURNISH GOODS SUITABLE FOR ANY SPECIFIC PURPOSE, USE OR APPLICATION. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE OF THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.
Drop shipments are charged an additional fee of $15 USD. There is no charge to cancel a drop shipment.
