OPTIONAL FITS FOR BALL BUSHINGS
The ball can be aligned with difficulty with a shaft when the mounting is bolted down or clamped in a vise.
The ball can be aligned with a shaft without difficulty while the mounting is held in a vise.
The ball can be moved with a shaft (plug gage) while holding the mounting in your hand. It should be difficult to align without the shaft. No end play is allowable.
The ball can be aligned with the fingers; some resistance is preferred during alignment with a maximum of 0.008" end play.
The ball has no resistance to being moved and has a maximum of 0.010" end play.
The ball may have more than 0.010" end play and is held loosely by the retainer ring.
* Some overlap of fit types is to be expected. If the fit is not specified, Triangle will ship with a fit between light drag and snug. There is no charge for different fits.
