Triangle Manufacturing Company, a US-based high-volume manufacturer of Lazy Susan turntable bearings, has reinvigorated the modern Lazy Susan ball bearing design adding new features to deliberately slow down the smooth spin of the bearing.  This new feature is now available on both the 9 and 12-inch versions of Triangle's Lazy Susan turntable bearings, spring clips act to create friction which increases resistance and drag in response to the turntable's spin. 

Spring clips are most helpful for retail and display applications to prevent tall displays from spinning too quickly, leading to damage of the display or product. Spring clips are also an economical addition when an overall slower spin is desired. These spring clips can be installed with up to four per bearing, at 90-degree intervals. They can be utilized with or without detents and/or stops for even more added drag.

Lazy Susan turntable bearings are commonly utilized in the display and advertising industries, along with cabinetry, industrial processes, recreational seating and sports machines. Triangle manufactures Lazy Susan turntable bearings in sizes ranging from 3 to 12 inches with a load capacity of up to 1,000 pounds.
